Light a Candle
When you have a Votive Candle lit at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, you are generating many blessings. You are creating a personal blessing by having the candle lit for your own intentions, or on behalf of a loved one. You are also blessing the Missionary Oblates and our Shrine pilgrims because your donation helps us maintain our programs that shine the Light of Christ into the lives of people in need of healing and hope all around the world.

Pilgrimages
We invite you to consider a trip to the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, Illinois (just outside St. Louis, Missouri) when planning your next faith-based journey. It’s the perfect place to rest and renew your spirit.
With over 200 beautifully landscaped acres, Our Lady of the Snows is the largest outdoor Marian shrine in the United States. During your visit, join us in the celebration of Mass-held two times daily at our church of Our Lady of the Snows. There are numerous devotional sites for prayer and reflection, including a replica of the Lourdes Grotto in France. We also have a gift shop, guesthouse and banquet center on the grounds.
