Prayer: Lord Jesus, I come before You humbly, acknowledging my need for Your mercy. Help me to be like the tax collector, recognizing my own faults and seeking Your forgiveness. Keep me from the pride the world wants me to have. Teach me to rely only on the grace that comes from on high. May my heart always be contrite and open to Your love. Amen.
