Prayer
“My chalice you will indeed drink, but to sit at my right and at my left, this is not mine to give but is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.” – Matthew 20:23
Lord Jesus, like St. James, may we humbly accept the will of the Father and be of service to You. Give us the strength to follow Your holy example, not seeking positions of honor, but rather embracing the call to serve others with love and humility. May we be willing to do all for Your sake, knowing that in our sacrifices, Your grace is made apparent to our minds and heart. Amen
