Prayer
“It is not what goes into a person that defiles him, but what comes out of a person that defiles him.” MK 7:15
Lord Jesus, help me to understand that it is not merely external actions but the intentions and thoughts of my heart that matter to You. Purify my heart and mind so that my words and actions reflect Your love and righteousness. Guide me to focus on cultivating a pure and sincere heart, and to align my life with Your will. May all that comes from me reflect Your grace and truth. Amen
