How should we live knowing we and all we love will one day die?

In the presence of such grief, how do we live with gratitude?

These questions will guide our time together as we discuss “Grace and Gratitude in the Grief of Our Everyday Lives.”

Letting go is a natural part of life. This lesson may come to us through death or through smaller losses such as the end of a relationship or loss of a job. Grief and loss are invitations to find gratitude and abundance through grace. When we open ourselves to the pain, we encounter an opportunity for deeper love through our grief.

Our day will include input, sharing, and quite time for reflection.
