The Bible and the Virgin Mary, is a journey through the Scripture and unveils the mystery of Our Lady that is woven into the fabric of Sacred Scripture. Twelve lessons convey the beauty of the doctrine and devotions surrounding Mary, bringing them to life in a powerful, new way.  During this Advent Study we are focusing on the first four lessons.

  • Week 1        December 1 – A Biblical Introduction to Mary
  • Week 2        December 8 – Handmaid of the Lord
  • Week 3        December 15 – Wedding at Cana, Garden in Eden
  • Week 4        December 22 -The New Eve

Each week we will explore the Scriptures that will help bring us to a higher understanding of what Mary means to Christians and how she shapes and effects our lives in beautiful and transcendent ways.  From this understanding we will have discussions from the lectures to come to a greater understanding of where Mary is leading us and understand her meaning in this World and in Heaven.

This Series put out by the St. Paul Center, goes into great Old and New Testament details about Mary and Jesus Christ from Genesis through Revelation showing Mary’s rightful place as Queen of Heaven.  Clyde uses Scott Hahn’s writings to bring exciting Scriptural details about Mary’s entire life as he goes through her being prefigured in the Old Testament and details in the New Testament that tie the story of God together in an interesting and complete way. Learning about Mary is learning about Christ.
